For optimal health increase the vital nutrients going into your body and decrease the toxins. Also probiotics are wonderful for acne prone skin and your health in general. They replinish the good bacteria your body needs to be healthy. You need good gut flora for health. Evening primrose oil is great for balancing out your hormones. Vitamin c for immune function. Drink a daily if not twice a day, a warm cup of water with the juice of half a lemon to help detox and cleanse your bloodstream. You can also use the lemon juice on your face for blemishes and post acne marks.

you must wash your face as much as possible? i am sorry but that is complete rubbish. It will only cause further irritation and hence more breakouts!

This article was a little helpful. I just don't agree with some of the information. I am having acne breakouts on my face, chest and shoulders. One part of the article says that acne breakouts on the back, chin and forehead are because of neglect and lack of hygiene. I shower daily and have good hygiene, so I don't agree with this part of the article!
